The baby that born in premature is having high risk in respiratory distress syndrome which the lungs are not yet well developed. There is also heart problem: PDA (Patent Duct Arteriosus) which connects between aorta and pulmonary vein, in premature baby this duct sometimes can not shrink well, later the baby will have heart defect that cause the baby to blue or carbondioxide poisoning, because the circulation is not good.
